Elfen Lied reference in Toilet Bound Hanako Kun

In the show Toilet Bound Hanako Kun there is a reference to Elfen Lied where when we see the mc (Yoshiro) first encounter Mitsuba who has invisible/faded arms floating behind him- combined with his pink hair makes him look just like Lucy from Elfen Lied.
